Your Responsibilities:

  • Conducting business analyses at our customers’ sites to identify optimization potential leadership and coordination
  • Collection and analysis of requirements as well as the development of tailor-made solution concepts
  • Accompaniment and support of our customers on site in the optimization of their business processes
  • Collaborate and lead internal innovation projects to further develop and improve our consulting services and internal processes.
  • Working with interdisciplinary teams at our customers to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
  • Optional: Integration and adaptation of IT solutions to meet specific requirements

Your Profile:

  • Agile Mindset
  • German and English Business Fluent
  • Project Management
  • Quality Management
  • Trainings
  • CAQ Experience (advantageous, but not mandatory)
  • You have a “can-do” mentality and are able to manage projects independently and in a goal-oriented manner
